How to whitelist an email address
The following will instruct you on how to whitelist an email address on Gmail and Outlook by adding the sender to your contacts. Doing so will prevent the sender's email from being sent to your Spam folder.

On Gmail
How to whitelist an email address on Gmail by adding the sender to your contacts.
1. Hover over the sender's photo or name until a contact box pops up
2. Click the gray icon containing a plus button and silhouette to add the sender to your contacts
On Outlook
How to whitelist an email address on Outlook by adding the sender to your contacts.
1. Click on sender's name or photo
2. Click on "Contact" and then "Add to contacts"
3. Click "Save" to save the sender to your contacts
